We are the exclusive bargaining representative of the Air Traffic Assistants/Flight Data Communications Specialists, FG-2154 series, located in terminal and en-route Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) air traffic control facilities. Bargaining Unit members process and disseminate meteorological and flight plan information vital to flight.
The FAA and the Union are currently negotiating tentative meeting dates to discuss and/or possibly reach a resolution regarding the recently completed career level reviews. The Union's position in this matter remains that the Agency is in violation of Article 51.
