Printing of the Agreement

Below is the text of the E-mail sent to the FAA inquiring about the printing of new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Tom,

As of today, the Agency still has not printed and distributed in booklet form copies of the new CBA. The following is stated in Article 80 – Printing of the Agreement:

Section 1. The Employer shall print this Agreement in booklet form and distribute a copy to each employee in the bargaining unit. The Employer shall also provide one hundred (100) copies of this Agreement to the Union.

Section 2. The Employer shall distribute one copy of this Agreement to each new employee assigned to the bargaining unit.

Kindly advise when bargaining unit employees can expect to receive a copy of the new CBA.
