We are the exclusive bargaining representative of the Air Traffic Assistants/Flight Data Communications Specialists, FG-2154 series, located in terminal and en-route Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) air traffic control facilities. Bargaining Unit members process and disseminate meteorological and flight plan information vital to flight.
The Agency’s HR Staff is looking into what the FAA’s current policies require with respect for review of career level determinations. As a result of this continued research, the posting of the Career Level Review Request PDF file is hereby delayed, and will not be posted on July 1st. Please stay tuned for additional information.

As previously stated, the next step for our Bargaining Unit Employees is to request a review of their career level classification, in accordance with the provisions specified in Article 51, Section 3 of the new CBA. To aid in this endeavor, NAGE Local R3-10 has prepared a Career Level Review Request PDF package file. Bargaining Unit Employees will use this parcel file to request a career level review.

This is a correction to the previously posted information regarding payment of performance awards. The 2007 Performance Awards have been processed by the FAA, and payments of these awards are scheduled for Pay Period #14 - July 3rd.

The FAA has advised that the 2007 performance awards would be paid in Pay Period #13 on June 19, 2007.
