End of Performance Appraisal Period

This is a reminder that March 31st is the end of the performance appraisal period for NAGE Local R3-10 bargaining unit employees. Distribution of performance ratings by the FAA should commence in April.

Pending, and as a result of core comp conversion, this should be the last year bargaining unit employees would be eligible to receive performance awards. Under the Core Compensation Plan/ Performance Management System, the end of the appraisal period would change to October of each year.

Communicating with Bargaining Unit Members

Promoting an informed public (bargaining unit members), is a vital role of the Union in educating and informing about issues that are relevant to the bargaining unit. In this crucial effort, NAGE Local R3-10 has been using the Union's website as a communications apparatus. The two main periodicals being used are the "Internet News" and "Blogger" messages.

As such, it is the responsibility of each bargaining unit member to check the Union's website periodically for updates and information. At a minimum, members should check this website at least once a day.
