Resolution to Flex Time at Washington (ZDC) ARTCC

NAGE ZDC has advised that after reviewing the Union’s concerns, the agency has decided not to move forward with canceling flex time that is associated with the schedule. In accordance with the provisions specified in the FAA/NAGE CBA, bargaining unit employees may continue to flex up.
